Below we are pleased to present the description and how our Bianchi Hotels Deposit Guarantee works, in its two versions: standard and GENIUS.
We designed this tool over the past few years, listening to your increasingly frequent requests for guarantees. We rely on a leading insurance company, but "fine print" is not our style: for us everything must be clear, simple and as fast as possible.
How our guarantee works
With the "Bianchi Hotels Deposit Guarantee" you can cancel your booking and request your refund without any documentation.
If cancelled within the terms, the refund will be sent within a few days of cancellation, net of the guarantee amount.
WHEN: Only at the time of booking
HOW: Choose the guarantee in the quote, on the booking engine, or request it by phone.
Our deposit guarantee is governed by 3 brief features:
- it is optional
- it is activated at the guest's express request
- it is non-refundable
You can freely choose one of the two guarantees with greater cancellation protection, or rely on our standard cancellation policies.

Deposit Guarantee
For just €27.00, regardless of the length of stay, it allows you to:
- get the deposit refunded up to 14 days before arrival
- change the dates of your holiday up to 7 days before arrival at the property without losing your deposit
- cancel your holiday up to 7 days before arrival and freeze your deposit for a new booking

GENIUS Deposit Guarantee
For €57.00, regardless of the length of stay, it allows you to:
- get the deposit refunded up to 2 days before arrival: exactly by 12:00 pm on the second day before arrival (example: for an arrival expected on the 10th of the month, the deadline is the 8th at 12:00 pm).
- change the dates of your holiday up to 24 hours before arrival at the property with no penalty (by 12:00 pm the day before arrival).
