Every Bianchi Hotels hotel has its own features, services, location and atmosphere: some guests want to be right by the sea, others prefer peace and quiet, some travel with children, some put the food first and others want to be close to the centre.

That is why we don’t simply ask you to pick from a list of hotels. Tell us how you imagine your holiday and what matters to you: we will help you compare the different properties and find the one that fits your needs.

We know our hotels first hand and we know what sets each one apart. That is exactly our strength: we are not a travel agency, we are a family that runs its own properties and can tell you honestly where you are likely to feel best.

To confirm your booking we ask you to send a deposit equal to 25% of the total stay – at the management’s discretion a minimum amount may apply.

When you book you will receive all the payment details, with the due date and the available methods, including paying in instalments with Heylight. A receipt confirmation is sent the week after the payment.

You can pay in instalments both the deposit and the whole holiday.

The balance of the stay is due at check-in at the hotel.

For your convenience you can also pay in advance, straight from home, using safe and modern methods such as online credit cards or payment in instalments with Heylight.

When settling the balance on arrival the following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash up to € 5,000
• Debit card
• Visa and Mastercard credit cards (NO American Express)
• Bank cheque (NO Bancoposta)
• Bank transfer, paid in advance or on arrival
• Bianchi Hotel gift vouchers

The booking can be changed at least 14 days before the expected arrival (7 days with the GENIUS Deposit Guarantee), subject to availability at the time, keeping the deposit valid at 100%. In that case the deposit already paid stays valid for the new booking. We reserve the right to accept the changes or not, depending on the availability of the accommodation and the minimum stay for the period. Every change or addition to the booking must be made in writing.

In case of a later arrival or an earlier departure than the agreed dates, the room rate for the missing nights will be charged, up to a maximum of three nights. Unless otherwise stated, the price of the room alone (overnight stay) is calculated with a 40% reduction on the published and/or agreed full board price. Guests who decide to leave earlier may do so at no extra charge by informing reception 72 hours before the day they wish to check out.

Of course. We know that plans can always change once a holiday is booked, which is why we offer several ways to protect yourself.

Under the standard conditions you can cancel the booking in writing up to 14 days before arrival. In that case you do not lose the deposit: you receive a voucher of the same amount, valid for 5 years, to use for a future stay.

For each hotel you will find the services included in the chosen formula clearly listed, along with any extras or supplements.

We don’t write things in small print and we don’t like surprises: we make sure that even before you arrive you can work out a “final price”, plus any drinks at the bar (where not included), the company of your pet, your choice between hotel parking and unattended outdoor parking — so you already have the total price of your seaside holiday at hand.

One more reassurance for you: there are no club cards or registration fees like at a travel agency!

For stays of at least 3 nights, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room are provided, for a number of days matching the length of the stay. The service is provided at the beach clubs partnered with the hotel and in some cases payment is made directly to the beach attendant, then refunded at the hotel when settling the bill.

The Open Bar is available in some of our hotels, but the services and the way they work can vary from one property to another. That is why, before booking, we suggest checking the page of the individual hotel: the services included in the All Inclusive formula and any supplements are always clearly listed.

We are in Cesenatico, San Mauro Mare and Bellaria Igea Marina, all easy to reach by car, train, plane and coach.

By car
You can reach us on the A14 motorway, leaving at the Valle del Rubicone or Rimini Nord exits, depending on where your hotel is.

By train
All our resorts are served by the Rimini-Ravenna coastal railway line, which makes the Riviera easy to reach even without a car.

By plane
The nearest airports are Rimini, Forlì and Bologna.

By coach
During the summer there are many coach connections from the main Italian cities.

If you arrive by train or public transport, we will come and pick you up: we offer a free shuttle service from the Gatteo, Bellaria and Igea Marina stations, every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Just let us know the place, the exact time of arrival or departure, your name, a phone number and the number of passengers, and our 9-seater minibus will be there waiting for you.

On the day you arrive the room is available from 1:00 pm.
Your holiday begins with lunch, unless otherwise arranged.

Of course you can arrive at the hotel earlier: pack swimsuits, fins and goggles in a separate bag so you don’t have to open your suitcases, because you will find a space to change and run straight to the beach!

On the day of departure you can stay in your room until 10:00 in the morning.

We recommend telling us about allergies, intolerances or dietary needs already when booking, and reminding us on arrival, so that we can organise ourselves in the best way.

For those on a gluten-free diet we offer about 60% of the standard menu, with first and second courses served at the table. At breakfast, mainly pre-packaged gluten-free products are available.

Our kitchens are not AIC certified and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination.
